Getting Notifications for Bookings

Get notified when someone submits a reservation, reservation request, payment link, or ticket -- or when they message you through Customer Chat.

  1. Open the sidebar and click Organization
  2. Select your name (or a staff member's name)
  3. Go to the Notifications tab and choose how you want to be notified: email, text, or push notification
