Get notified when someone submits a reservation, reservation request, payment link, or ticket -- or when they message you through Customer Chat.
- Open the sidebar and click Organization
- Select your name (or a staff member's name)
- Go to the Notifications tab and choose how you want to be notified: email, text, or push notification
