Creating & Sending a Payment Link on Web

Skip the credit card authorization form -- use a TablelistPro payment link instead. Request a full deposit, pre-payment, or card on file to reduce no-shows by 99% and protect your business against chargebacks.

Payment links are especially useful for customers who submitted reservation requests or want to book multiple tables at once.

To create a payment link for a reservation that isn't in the system yet, first Add a Reservation on Web.

Once the reservation is saved, click to open it. From there:

  1. Go to the Payment tab
  2. Click Request Payment, then fill out the name, description, tax, service charge, payment type, and processing fees
  3. Hit Save to generate the link
  4. To email or text it to the customer, click the three purple dots on the right
  5. Once the customer pays, it'll show up in the Payment column on the Reservations tab

To create a payment link from a reservation request, open the sidebar, click the Leads tab, then click the lead. From there:

  1. Set a minimum spend or minimum bottles
  2. Optionally specify a table location, server, notes, etc.
  3. Press Approve -- a new Payment tab will appear
  4. Click Payment, select Request Payment, and fill out the details
  5. Hit Save to generate the link
  6. To email or text it, click the three purple dots on the right
  7. Once the customer pays, it'll show up in the Payment column on the Reservations tab

To cancel a payment link:

  1. Open the reservation, click the Payment tab, then select the payment link
  2. Click the three purple dots, hit Cancel, then choose Yes
  3. You'll see a Cancelled label on the payment link
